Job Description
The Technical Manager will be charged with maintaining a specific focus on Continuous Improvement in Process methodologies and obtaining overall efficiency with in-house and acquired equipment at our facility. This individual will also participate as a key member of the site management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a drive for results who is very motivated to get into a plant leadership team role within a successful organization. Requirements:
5 -10 years experience in chemical manufacturing plant environment required.
Prior experience with manufacturing food ingredients a strong plus.
Prior leadership/management experience and a demonstrated ability to supervise highly independent professionals to achieve maximum results required.
Proven ability to act proactively, overcoming technical and resource barriers and drive projects to completion on schedule and budget using available resources.
Strong emphasis on having a demonstrated and successful record of the use of Lean Principles, Six Sigma, or other similar processes.

BS Degree in Chemical Engineering plus MBA
