BUSINESS MODELS AVAILABLE 

  • Work from a home office and recruit with the freedom of working from remote locations.
  • Work from home and build an organization of commissioned work from home recruiters.
  • Purchase multiple territories; open an office with an organization of recruiters. Develop a call center of telemarketers. Hire administrative personnel to type resumes and set appointments.

  • 2 days Virtual and 5 days hands-on training at our facility in either Baltimore or Atlanta
  • Partnered with a Coach for 60 days for advanced training and daily support.
  • Access to full Training Video Library for convenient 24-7 viewing and continued education
  • Weekly dial-in Virtual Training

 
 WHAT TYPE OF BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED 

  • You need to be self-disciplined and motivated.
  • You need to care about helping people find a job and making a difference in someone's life.
  • You need to be able to relate to people at all levels of their career development
  • Human Resource or Hospitality background a plus but not required.

  
WHAT IS THE COST AND IS FINANCING AVAILABLE 

  • Franchise Fee: $35,000    Total start-up cost $39,750 for work from home model
  • Cost to get to training including travel, lodging and food
  • Cost to join the local Chamber of Commerce and State Restaurant Association
  • Third party financing options are available with minimum 740 credit score
