Description Our client is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States with brand recognized and valued by consumers and customers nationwide and internationally.

The plant produces 100 Million pounds plus Dairy products yearly in a 24/7 operations.

Seeking minimum of 8+ years of increasing responsibility in food manufacturing environment, including previous Plant Manager responsibility.

Must have the ability to relocate for upward career growth in the future.
Proven ability to understand, deliver and measure against customer expectation and requirements in a manufacturing environment. Ability to relate well within all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership ability and interpersonal skills to get results with and through people. Results orientation with track record of successful achievement. Ability to facilitate change and involve employees to continually improve manufacturing processes.
