JOB PROFILE:

Growing Food and Beverage processor seeking a Packaging Engineer to work cross-functionally providing packaging design support and project management to drive the development of new packaging and implement packaging improvements for existing packaging.

We are looking for a Packaging Guru who has experience and success with the following areas:

Design primary packaging utilizing the best mix of components and materials for optimal packaging processes
Drive the packaging design and innovation process coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Dairy or fluid consumer products shampoo, cosmetics, pharma
Work cross functionally to develop and install new packaging equipment and components

REQUIREMENTS:

BS, Packaging Engineering
Experience developing packaging for Dairy or fluid CPG like shampoo, cosmetics, Pharma
Skills with CAD design
Successful experience managing external vendors and suppliers
Strong and effective communication skills
Provide packaging support to R&D and Marketing groups
