Currently seeking a
for a highly successful restaurant in Angola, Indiana. This is a newly created position. Ideal candidates are interested in assistant management and skilled in food-service kitchen operations.
Must have high-volume restaurant management experience
Passion for mentoring and developing others
Follows proper food safety guidelines and procedures
Perform with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
Manage and lead in a fast paced environment
ServSafe Certification (or willing to renew/gain)
Skilled at efficiently multi-tasking, food prep, working and managing the kitchen food line, and inventory
Consistently delivering product that meets and exceeds customer expectations
Willing to work an in-season schedule exceeding 45 hours/week with two days off a week
$45,000 Base Salary, with opportunity for profitability based bonuses
Benefits stipend paid per quarter
Simple IRA with 3% Company Match
Paid Vacation after 1 year
Professional development and training through the owners experience as certified chefs and wine sommeliers
