Job Description
Large food manufacturer is seeking Quality Manages for two of their facilities in California. They are looking for that person who is results oriented and can strategically get the job done. Will establish goals and objectives for the Quality department. Deal with all customer issues and complaints. Track quality performance, make quality presentations, and will make all decisions concerning the quality area. Develop and Implement the Quality Management System for the facility. Will work directly with all departments at the plant. Will be instrumental in strengthening the Six Sigma program that already exists. This position will be a high profile position at the plant. Partner with Corporate Quality to establish strategies for the Quality department. Looking for a strong leader that will help bridge the gaps.

Must have experience in Quality field. Food manufacturing experience is a must. Someone with Six Sigma experience is a plus. Looking for someone that extremely polished for this role.

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Food Science.
2. Must have management experience in Quality area.
3. Results oriented with a record of accomplishments.
4. At least 5 years of food manufacturing experience in environment described above.
