DescriptionSenior-level Director/VP Human Resources needed!
The successful candidate will report to the President of this multi-site corporation and sit on the Executive Management Team. - Must have 15-20 years of HR experience in a 24/7 manufacturing operation – preferably food or related.
- Must have a clear, strategic vision for an HR Department and be an astute, hands-on, high energy Generalist.
- A minimum of 10 years developing and managing areas of Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Employment Practices, Benefits, Safety, Security, Compensation, and Risk Control – including P&C Insurance is Required.
- Masters Degree highly preferred; will consider Bachelors and significant relevant experience in lieu of Masters. PHR Preferred.
- Salary: $100-$150,000
