The Position Available:  We are seeking a Production Supervisor to:

•  coordinate daily production activities to meet the business objectives

•  set clear expectations for the team, and coach, motivate and develop team members

•  keep focused on the identified goals and bring the good results


Seeking in a candidate: 
•  Plant production experience related to the job duties
•  Dairy operation experience
•  Compatible with a small rural community
