Job Description

The Position Available:  We are seeking a Manager to:
• Coordinate the streamlining of the Production Control/Planning/Inventory Process (MRP)  

•  set and review plant standard cost variances and formulations

•  assist in managing cost variances and analyses in warehouse and operations departments    

•  work closely with headquarters accounting department       

•  plan, organize, direct and provide leadership for achieving goals in areas of plant security, uniforms, general supplies, and general administration

•  Manage daily operation of the front office to include inventory control, production planning, coordinating receptionist activity, develop and coordinate office open and closing procedures to ensure smooth administrative processes.


Seeking in a candidate:
•  Inventory and Production Planning specialist with cost analysis, variance analysis and solution skills
•  5+ years of supervisory experience
•  compatible with a small rural community (approximately 1 hour outside of Syracuse)
•  proficient with MS Office and MRP.   AS400 familiarity very helpful
